A 3-month container for women who are done playing small — and are ready to do the deep work of rising into their full power and sovereignty.

Soul Sanctuary is a place to put it all down for a while.

The responsibility. The showing up for everyone else. The pretending you're fine. Here you can be honest — with yourself, with me, with the women walking alongside you.

Over three months we create something together. A stronger foundation than you had before. Practices that hold you when things get hard. A clearer, more reliable relationship with your own inner guidance. And a community of women who have seen the real you and love her anyway.

6 group calls + 3 private sessions + Telegram support between sessions

Private Sessions

For women who are ready to break through what's keeping them small — and need direct, focused support to do it.

What happens in a session: You share what you are struggling with. Through energetic and spiritual tools, I help you:

Ground and connect with the Earth and with your Higher Self
Release the pain, grief, anxiety or confusion
Bring in something better - peace, clarity, discernment, guidance
Work through whatever resistance or questions come up
Integrate the new or better way of being or thinking
Practice - I will record some practices that worked well in the session.

By the end, you experience a real shift - the kind that changes how you move through your days.

Session Packages:

While the initial session provides a powerful shift, to break out of a pattern, one needs consistent practice and support over time. We handle resistance in its many forms in these packages as you find your way to freedom and a new way of being.

Month-long support (sessions are 90 minutes)
- 4 sessions with support between sessions — $900
- support is provided by voxer, text or email
Deep support for a lasting transformation
- 6 sessions over 8 weeks - $1200
- 6 sessions over 12 weeks with voxer support - $1800

A monthly gathering for women who are ready to stop playing small — and want to reconnect with their bodies, their inner guidance and women who are rising alongside them.

This is a small, intimate, live circle — not a webinar you watch passively. You'll be seen, you'll be heard, and you'll leave feeling the difference.

Each circle includes a grounding practice, a guided exercise to connect with your Inner Being or Higher Self, and time to share and connect with each other in a safe, held space.

This is a simple, low-pressure way to experience this work firsthand — and to find your people.

$25 per circle.

The Weekly Connection Circle

A weekly practice space for women who are ready to stop playing small — and want to reconnect with their bodies, their inner guidance and women who are rising alongside them.

This is a live, weekly space where we come home to ourselves — together. Through grounding, breath and embodied practice, we rekindle the felt sense of connection that sustains us on this path.

Each session includes guided embodied practice and time to connect with each other in a safe, held space.

Over the course of a month, participants report:

Feeling more connected to their Inner Being
Clearer, more reliable access to their inner guidance
Feeling energy more strongly than before
Unexpected insights and experiences that deepen their practice
